Cancellation Policy

"No Show" missed visits  will be charged the FULL visit fee.  Cancelled visits prior to 24 hours of visit start time will also be charged full visit fee. There are No Refunds once a video call has started. Please log into visit at your appointment time-after 15 minutes you will be considered a "No-Show" and charged. 

Use of "Walk-In" visit feature: Cancellation fee does not apply. You are fully refunded immediately upon exiting platform if unable to be seen by a provider.
