Cancellation Policy:

"No Show" missed visits  will be charged the FULL visit fee.  Cancelled visits prior to 24 hours prior to visit start time will be charged  a fee equal to 50% of visit cost. There are No Refunds once a video call has started. Please log into visit at your appointment time-after 15 minutes you will be considered a "No-Show" and charged. 

Use of "Walk-In" visit feature: Cancellation fee does not apply. You are fully refunded immediately upon exiting platform if unable to be seen by a provider.

            Virtual Psychiatric Care Providers:
