1. Choose State Room: Please choose the telehealth room of your  state of legal residence. You will be asked to electronically  agree to  our telehealth consent to obtain services.  A photo  ID will be required  for upload when setting up your profile. 

2. Complete as much of the history questions as possible prior to visit.

3. You will have access to the schedule availability once profile is created and payment method attached. No worries, we often have same day visits available.

4. Cancellation Policy:

"No Show" missed visits  will be charged the FULL visit fee.  Canceled visits within 24 hours prior to start time will be charged  a fee equal to 50% of visit cost. There are No Refunds once a video call has started. Please log into visit at your appointment time-after 15 minutes you will be considered a "No-Show" and charged. 

5. Use of "Walk-In" visit feature: Cancellation fee does not apply. You are fully refunded immediately upon exiting platform if unable to be seen by a provider.
